BEYOND the manger

In the movie Talladega Nights, the character Ricky Bobby insisted on praying at the dinner table to 8-pound baby Jesus rather than an adult version of Jesus. Even in our culture, much of the focus of Christmas is about the baby Jesus in the manger. And yet this focus on Jesus as a baby is disproportionate to the amount of Scripture of Jesus the adult and Savior of the world. In this series we explore some of the important characteristics of “adult” Jesus.
